As an academic arm of the Catholic University of the Philippines, the Department of Information Systems is committed in producing competent, compassionate and committed graduates who are equipped with moral and technical skills and knowledge required to assess, design, develop, direct, control and manage the dynamic nature of present information systems including infrastructure and other resources. In line with this commitment, the Department pursues three main objectives. First, the Department aims to train students to fully understand the entire business cycle and integrate information technology in developing innovative business models.
Second, the Department seeks to train students in the design and implementation of Information Systems particular to business processes.
Third, the Department strives to help students develop full understanding of the application of latest technology in the business industry in order to fully utilize resources and maximize the output.
